5 years ago, if you had told me that I would one day be deeply in love with the service of photographing weddings, I would not have believed it. So how exactly did I get here? Well, it all started with a friend of mine who was getting married about 6 years ago.
She was exactly in your shoes!
As her Wedding Day drew closer, she found herself finalizing payments for the different vendors, running to final dress fittings, finishing the many other little things that have to be done before the Wedding Day but still struggling to find that right photographer for her day. She was looking for a photographer who would capture the heart of the significance of her day; one who could really capture *those* moments that make up the day like moments with her loved ones that mean so much but pass by in the blink of an eye
Without her knowledge, on her Wedding Day, I grabbed one of my cameras and took it along with me to grab a few photos of my own…just for memories sake. When I shared my photos of the day with her, she was stunned. And that set me on this beautiful journey of preserving wedding memories.
It took me a couple of years after that wedding but eventually, Mariam Photography was born out of the desire to serve you on one of the most memorable days of your life. I want to give you peace of mind and confidence in knowing that you have chosen a wedding photographer who is incredibly passionate about capturing the memories of your Wedding Day in the most CANDID , VIBRANT AND REAL way. My goal is for you to look back at the memories of that day many years later -maybe with your children and grandchildren- and remember the feelings you had on Your Wedding Day.

- Yes there is .The next step to reserve my services for your Wedding Day is through a retainer of 500 pounds
- Do we meet in person before the wedding ?
- Absolutely! I strongly believe in meeting with you to get clarity on your needs, desires and no-nos for your Wedding Day photography. I also believe it allows us to get familiar with our different personalities & see if we can work well together.So as a part of my client process, we'll have at least 2 planning meetings bekre the Wedding Day to make sure everything runs as smooth as possible on the Day. If meeting in person isn't a possibility. I'm always available to meet via Facetime or Zoom.
- Do you travel for weddings?
- Yes! I'm always down the chance to travel and capture the beginning of your forever. Travel to weddings within a 50 mile radius of Buckinghamshire is included in my pricing. Additional travel expenses are provided upon inquiry.
- How long does photo delivery take?
- A password protected online wedding gallery of individually edited photos is available within 6-8 weeks after the Wedding Day But while you wait, you'll get some sneak peeks shortly after Wedding Day..
- My wedding is still far off, should i book now ?
- Honestly, the sooner the better. As soon as you have a date and venue finalized, book your photographer.The last 2 years completely upended the wedding industry with all the numerous lockdowns & reschedules so all wedding vendors are stretched to capacity. If you have an eye on a photographer, get in touch as soon as possible. No matter how far out your Wedding Day is..
